We photograph each child throughout the game. The number of images varies depending on the action of the game, number of players and length of game. Package includes 5 images per player. Additional Images collections available for purchase.

Payment is due to reserve the date.

The team contact should fill out the webform with the proper spelling of each players name and jersey number, the coaches’ names and identify which child is each coach’s child (if applicable).

Prior to the game we will have a gallery set up and provide that link to the team contact. Parents can go to the link and choose to be notified by email when the gallery images are ready.

We’ll discuss and last-minute line-up changes, player changes, etc.

A few days after the game, the images will be made available for viewing n a private website gallery. The quantity of images included in the original fee may be downloaded.

The images are for personal private use only, not to be re-sold or used for commercial purposes. They can be shared with friends and family online or printed for personal use only.

The gallery will remain active for 3 weeks so everyone has a chance to download the images or purchase an additional collections.

If purchased, Coaches’ Gift(s) will be delivered to the team contact about 2-3 weeks after the game.
